Yes! Travelex Plus is an individual membership, so anyone in your household can sign up separately.
Currently, Travelex Plus is UK only, but we plan to expand internationally. Members will be notified when benefits extend to other countries.
No! There’s no minimum spend requirement to stay a Travelex Plus member. In the future, we may introduce membership tiers with additional perks for frequent users.
Travelex Plus membership materials are currently digital only and accessible through the emails you receive from us. However, you can still use member benefits in- store by showing your digital membership card, which can be found in any Travelex Plus email from us, and by providing your email address.
Travelex Plus is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older.
No, joining Travelex Plus is completely free.
You can join Travelex Plus either in store during a transaction at a UK Travelex bureau to receive a rate improvement and zero commission; or online for free.
No! You can join online for free without making a transaction.
Click the unsubscribe link in any Travelex Plus email to opt out. This removes you from Travelex Plus and you won't receive further emails.

Yes, unsubscribing from marketing emails will result in the loss of your Travelex Plus benefits and membership.

You can’t sign up directly via phone, but a Travelex team member can guide you through the online sign-up process.
